All meeting rooms can be arranged to suit your requirements (theatre, boardroom, classroom, etc). All areas of the college are Wi-Fi enabled and the rooms can be provided with flipcharts and a laptop and projector.

The Mawby room is our largest conference room and can seat up to 60 people. The room is fully equipped with a laptop and overhead projector and has a built in hearing loop for guests with hearing impairment. The room is fitted with additional plug sockets for laptops which are located in metal cases in the floor. Additionally, the circulation space just outside the room provides guests with an area to network and relax whilst they enjoy light bites and a selection of hot and cold beverages. The room is ideally located next to the Kellogg Bar, perfect for after conference/lecture drinks.
No. 62 Meeting Room
The No. 62 Meeting room can seat up to 30 people in theatre and 16 in boardroom style. The room is a tranquil space and has a view of the grounds in front of the College. It is suitable for medium conference groups and meetings and fitted with a projector and lectern for talks and presentations.
The Dining Hall
The Dining Hall is a spacious and modern hall, with doors leading out onto the College terrace. The Hall can be transformed to accommodate 240 people for a standing social function. It accommodates 140 for dining and can be set up in a theatre style to seat up to 200 people. The Hall is normally set up as one space, however there are three ‘pods’ which have sliding doors enabling the Hall to be separated into smaller sections, creating a more private dining experience. The ‘pods’ cater for around 40-50 guests. The grand piano located in one of the pods can be hired for events to suitably experienced users.
