Events in College

As an egalitarian community, most College members are eligible to attend all events in College. For further information about events programmed for this academic term, please visit the Events calendar.

Booking for College events

College events, such as Guest Night Dinners and some lectures, require advance booking which is specified within the event publicity. To make a booking, please email the College Receptionist via bookings@kellogg.ox.ac.uk with the following information:

  • The name and date of the event you wish to book
  • The names of any guests that you intend to bring (if guests are permitted)
  • Details of any dietary requirements (if the event is catered)

Booking function rooms in College

We are able to offer spaces for study groups, workshops, conferences, meetings and various private functions to all College members. Please complete this enquiry form (.xlsm opens with Microsoft Excel) and return to the Events Officer, via events@kellogg.ox.ac.uk

How to organise an event in College

Send your completed enquiry form to the Events Officer via events@kellogg.ox.ac.uk, stating the potential dates, times, size of the group, catering requirements (if applicable) and the room preference (if applicable). You will then receive an event proposal.

Note: the space is not booked until confirmation from the Events Officer is provided. Before then, the availability of the space is subject to change.

The Events Officer will send an event booking confirmation based on the information provided.

The quote and arrangements agreed will have to be reviewed if the event is moved (location or date) or another item is added to the booking (catering or IT/AV equipment).
