  • In the first instance, entries should be submitted as a medium-size jpeg file (2-5MB). Please rename your file in the following format: name_surname_title.jpeg. Any winning entries will be requested as larger files at a later date so please ensure that the photo is taken at a high resolution setting. • Entries should be submitted to the Fellow Librarian at by 5 pm on Friday 19 May 2017.
  • The College will arrange and pay for final printing and framing.
  • The judges will be the Fellow Librarian, the Finance Bursar, the Academic Officer of the MCR, Dr Cathy Oakes (Official Fellow) and Emma Anderson (student). They shall not be bound to accept any entry, and their decision will be final.
