We are delighted to unveil our new, annual Kellogg magazine Connect!16 May 2019
Today sees the launch of Connect, Kellogg College’s new annual magazine, a publication showcasing the activities of the Kellogg community, and including the work of College members, both old and new.
This first edition features an article by Kellogg alumna, Bindu Vinodhan and her inspiring venture Mauna Dhwani, in her home country, India; Kellogg Fellow Jeremy Howick guides us through the mysteries of the placebo effect; and Kellogg Visiting Fellow Anna Beer introduces us to Barbara Strozzi, one of the many forgotten female composers featured in her book Sounds and Sweet Airs.
You can also read about some of the plans to transform the College’s outside spaces and enhance the student experience, as part of our 30th anniversary celebrations; as well as discover who originally lived in the Kellogg buildings, including number 62’s first resident, Rev Richard St John Tyrwhitt and his famous friends!
But don’t let us spoil it for you, click on the image above to download a copy or pick one up from Reception next time you’re in College.
We hope you enjoy it and please let us have your feedback via our online survey or on the forms enclosed in the hard copies.
