Jason Raymond

Jason Raymond joined the University of Oxford in 2015 as a postdoctoral research assistant in the Department of Engineering Science. His research interests include medical and biological applications of ultrasound and acoustic cavitation. Jason was awarded the 2015-16 F.V. Hunt Fellowship of the Acoustical Society of America and serves on the Society’s Technical Committees for Physical Acoustics and Biomedical Acoustics. He holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Engineering and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. His work has received support from the Whitaker International Program, Sigma Xi, and the University of Oxford Mathematical, Physical and Life Sciences Division.
