Nadia Pollini joined the University in May 2005; since then she has worked in different academic management roles. She is currently the Director of the Graduate Admissions Office, which works with the collegiate University to support and facilitate the admissions process for the high number of graduate applicants (c. 26,000 in 2017-18) to the 350 full-time and part-time graduate courses on offer.
After completing her DPhil in History and prior to developing a career in academic management, Nadia became a lecturer in History at the University of Lausanne and then at the University of Bristol. She has been College Adviser at Kellogg College for the last three years.
