College Administrator

Grade 5: £24,983 – £29,799 p.a.

This post manages administration for the Finance Bursar, President and Governing Body Officers of the College. It includes varied, non-standard work across a range of skill sets. The responsibilities and projects of this role include organising Human Resource matters, supporting the fellows and ensuring they have the information needed to be fully engaged in the College, coordinating committee and Governing Body communications, and developing and maintaining all office administrative processes.

The postholder will relate to a diverse group of people. S/he will have regular contact with: The College President; The Finance Bursar; Governing Body Officers and committee members; Fellows of the College; administrative and hospitality staff of the college; officers of other colleges; UAS personnel services.
