Burns Night Celebration
Join us to celebrate Burns Night in style!
Burns Night celebrates the life and works of Scotland’s national bard, Robert Burns. The evening will include Scottish dancing (instructions will be given) accompanied by a live cèilidh band. If dancing is not for you, there will be plenty of food, music and good company!
The food served will be the traditional Burns Night menu of haggis, neeps and tatties (a vegetarian option will be available), which will be served buffet style (there will be no seating plan).
Dress code: The dress code is informal. It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes for dancing.
The evening will run as follows:
18:45 Drinks Reception
19:00 Addressing of the Haggis (bar open for purchasing drinks)
19:10 Food to be served
20:00 Dancing begins
23:00 Dancing ends
Midnight Bar closes
Cost: £15.00 for College members, £20.00 for guests
