Gaudy Dinner

All members of Kellogg College are welcome to join us as we celebrate the annual Alumni Weekend in Oxford with this special dinner.

18:45 – Drinks reception, Kellogg College Bar
19:15 –  Formal dinner in the Kellogg College Dining Hall

Dress code: Black Tie (with gowns for Fellows of Kellogg College)

The cost of this dinner is £44.00. Please note: The Gaudy Dinner is NOT covered by student dinner allowances.

Special offer on accommodation for Gaudy attendees: If you book Kellogg College accommodation for the night of Saturday 16th September you will receive a 10% discount on the price of the Gaudy Dinner, bringing the price down to £39.60 per person. (This discount will apply to each person attending the dinner who stays in the College accommodation that evening.) To enquire about booking College accommodation please contact accommodation@kellogg.ox.ac.uk.

Please be aware that this event is being photographed. The photographs may be published in official University or College publications and in University or College publicity materials, including University or College affiliated websites and may be circulated to the press and other broadcast media and websites for publication. If you do not wish to appear in the photographs, please speak to the photographer or a member of event staff. Booking

To book your place at the dinner, please email bookings@kellogg.ox.ac.uk with details of any dietary requirements. If you are choosing to bring guests, please supply their names at the time of booking, along with any dietary requirements. Booking will close at noon on Wednesday 13th September.

If you are not an alumnus, student, Fellow, staff member or other member of Kellogg and would like to attend, please send inquiries in the first instance to Monica Popa, Development and Alumni Relations Director, at monica.popa@kellogg.ox.ac.uk.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations are accepted up to noon on Friday 8th September. Any cancellations after this date will be charged in full for all attendees booked. Dinner allowances cannot be used to pay for late cancellations. We often have waiting lists for dinners so if you do wish to cancel your booking it would be appreciated if you could do so as soon as possible in order to allow timely reallocation of spaces.

Non-attendance: If you and/or your guests/s fail to attend the dinner without notification of cancellation before the stated deadline, you will be charged in full for all attendees booked.
