Guest Night Dinner 2nd May
All members of College and their guests are invited to this Guest Night Dinner.
18:45 – Drinks reception, Kellogg College Bar
19:15 – Guest Night Dinner in the Kellogg College Dining Hall
Dress code: Smart with gowns. (Gowns not required for alumni or guests.)

You will be prompted to give the necessary information to submit your booking form – please note that this is not in itself confirmation of your booking.
Your booking will be confirmed in an email from the Bookings Office. This is a change from the previous booking procedure.
If by the time you submit your booking request via the link on this page, the dinner is already fully booked, you will be offered the chance to join the event’s waiting list.
Please note that, if you decide to do so, you will agree to be booked in to attend the dinner as soon as places become available, at which point you will become liable for any relevant charges.
Should we be able to book you (and your guest/s, if any) in, we would notify you straight away.
This is a change from the previous waitlist policy.
Cancellations and Swaps
- Please note that the cancellation deadline for this event is 12 noon on Wednesday 25th April.
- After this date, should you find that you and/or your guest/s are unable to attend, please contact the Bookings Office as we might still be able to re-fill your place/s from the event’s waiting list if there is one.
- If there is no waiting list, you will be asked to find another College Member to replace you, in order to avoid being charged for the late cancellation. To do so, please email the Bookings Office stating the name of the College Member taking your place; your replacement must then in turn confirm their acceptance in a separate email – where they will also need to state the name of any guest they intend to bring along if any, and their dietary requirements. This process needs to be completed 48 hours before the date of the event.
Unless both the aforementioned emails are received with all necessary information, no place-swapping can be accepted and the original booker will still be charged for non-attendance. If the swap is processed, the College Member actually attending the dinner will be charged for it – no allowances can be swapped.
- Please be aware that if a swap is processed less than 48-24 hours before the dinner, the College will not be able to accommodate new dietary requirements and seating requests. Please also note that without both the aforementioned emails in paragraph 3, no place-swapping can be accepted and the original booker will still be charged for non-attendance. If the swap is processed, the College Member actually attending the dinner will be charged for it (on allowances, whenever possible) – no allowances can be swapped.
We cannot process any swaps on the day on the event, so the person who made the initial booking is liable for their place.
Non-attendance: If you and/or your guest/s fail to attend the dinner without notification of cancellation before the stated deadline, you will be charged in full for all attendees booked – on battels for those who did not attend.
