Listening and Containing: helping yourself and others

A free opportunity for Kellogg students to develop personal insight and build emotional resilience to help manage anxiety, stress, and experiences of harassment.  Kath Roberts, an experienced psychodynamic counsellor, will guide you through two sessions that you are sure to find valuable now and in the future.

Session 1: Managing anxiety; listening and containing Saturday 13  January 2018 10am-1pm Learn how to access internal robustness to manage anxiety in a variety of settings.

Session 2: Managing stress; listening and containing Saturday 20 January 2018 10am-1pm Learn how to recognise and manage stress, including exploring issues of harassment, or bullying.

Speaker

Kath Roberts trained as a psychodynamic counsellor and is increasingly involved in delivering training based on psychodynamic principles within organisational settings. Kath is an accredited counsellor with the UKCP, and has worked in General Practice Surgeries, she is currently working as a counsellor in private practice.
