Professor Michie is Professor of Innovation & Knowledge Exchange. From 2004-2008 Jonathan was Director of Birmingham Business School and a member of Council at the University of Birmingham, where he was Professor of Management; from 1997-2004 he held the Sainsbury Chair of Management at Birkbeck, University of London where he was Head of the School of Management & Organisational Psychology.
