Kellogg College Scholarships 2019
Kellogg College Scholarships are available for both part-time and full-time graduate students who are starting a course of study in the academic year 2019-20. Applications are encouraged from both Masters and DPhil students who are studying in subject areas of current Kellogg Fellows, programmes admitted by Kellogg, or Kellogg College Research Centres.
The value of the award is £3,500 per annum for full time students, for part time students the value of the award is £1,750 per annum and is tenable over the full course of study coterminous with fee liability. Annual renewal of the award will depend on academic progress and involvement in College life. For some ideas of how to participate in, and contribute to, College life please click here.
Students at other colleges will be required to become members of Kellogg College to take up the scholarship if successful.
A reference from an academic referee involved in the applicant’s most recent academic studies explaining why they believe that the academic excellence of the applicant is so outstanding as to merit the award of the Kellogg College Scholarship must be provided. Referees should send the reference by email directly to email@example.com.
The application and the reference must both arrive no later than Noon on Friday 26 April 2019. You do not need to have received an offer for your course or college by the application deadline but the course offer must be received in time for the application to be considered by the awarding panel shortly after this deadline.
The awarding panel will make awards in relation to applications received by Noon on Friday 26 April 2019. The awarding panel may also consider the information that a candidate supplied when applying for their programme of study in Oxford. In some cases, applications may be followed up by telephone. Please do not send additional documents or references as these will not be considered. The application should be no more than 3 pages long, the usual length of the application is 2 A4 pages, not including the reference.
The College hopes to notify applicants about the outcome of their application by June 2019.
