18:45 – Drinks reception, Kellogg College Bar

19:15 – Guest Night Dinner in the Kellogg College Dining Hall

Dress code: Smart with gowns. (Gowns not required for alumni or guests.)

Booking opens 18 September 2023 and should be made via the College’s booking system Upay.

This Guest Night Dinner is preceded by our Black History Month Annual Lecture: When Will We Be Free? Scenes from a Historical Memoir on Colonialism and Freedom, given by Simukai Chigudu. You are warmly invited to attend the lecture which will begin at 5:30 pm. You can sign up for the lecture here.

Black History Month Exhibition launch, Monday 2 October: Kellogg alumna Urvi Khaitan’s annual Black History Month Exhibition presents a glimpse into untold histories of Black women at Oxford. Now in its third iteration, this year’s exhibition features ten women of African, Caribbean, Black British, and African American heritage, using photographs, biographies, and writings to bring to life their unique journeys, struggles, and experiences at Oxford and beyond. The exhibition is free, open to all and will be on display throughout October. Find out more.
