Wellbeing Week: Pilates

Join us for this Pilates taster session in the Kellogg Hub with instructor Gill Stansfield
If you have one, please bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, a limited number will be available at the session – this will be done on a first come, first served basis.
Booking is via Upay Places are limited (max 18) and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Please mention when booking if you require a mat. College has the right charge a fee for no-shows.
For your own health & safety: All participants will be asked to complete a health/registration form. Individuals with specific health conditions may need to seek clearance from their health care professional before undertaking Pilates. Whilst the teacher will endeavour to provide a safe & beneficial session, all exercise is undertaken at your own risk.
