Wellbeing Week: Yoga Flow

Join Kellogg Fellow, Shreya Atrey for this ladder flow yoga class, where she will deconstruct poses and help you build up sequences, progressively. The focus will be on experimenting, exploring and having a bit of fun – with wobbles!

If you have one, please bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, a limited number will be available at the session – this will be done on a first come, first served basis.

Booking is via Upay Places are limited (max 18) and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Please mention when booking if you require a mat. College has the right charge a fee for no-shows.

For your own health & safety: All participants will be asked to complete a health/registration form. Individuals with specific health conditions may need to seek clearance from their health care professional before undertaking Zumba. Whilst the teacher will endeavour to provide a safe & beneficial session, all exercise is undertaken at your own risk.
