I am a Senior Research Associate at Department of Computer Science, University of Oxford and a member of Knowledge Representation and Reasoning Group. I was previously a Research Fellow in Usher Institute at the University of Edinburgh, working on clinical Natural Language Processing with ontologies. I am interested in multi-disciplinary research projects, including applying natural language processing and knowledge graphs for medical informatics, social data, and digital humanities.
