Jason Raymond is a Lecturer and senior researcher in the Department of Engineering Science. He holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Engineering and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

He was a recipient of the prestigious F V Hunt Research Fellowship in Acoustics awarded by the Acoustical Society of America and currently serves on several technical committees of the society. He is also a Member of the Institute of Physics Physical Acoustics Committee and was previously a Whitaker International Fellow. Dr Raymond’s research interests include industrial, medical, and biological applications of ultrasound and acoustic cavitation.
