Dr Lorna Henderson is the Senior Manager at the NIHR Oxford Biomedical Research Centre, a partnership between the University of Oxford and Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She is currently responsible for leading the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy at the NIHR Oxford BRC. She is an Executive Coach and runs leadership training for emerging and senior leaders at the University of Oxford and Oxford University Hospitals. She is research active and a visiting academic at the Radcliffe Department of Medicine, University of Oxford.
