Join Kellogg President Professor Jonathan Michie for a conversation with Jacqueline de Rojas, Chair of Bletchley Park Trust, and Bletchley Park Fellow at Kellogg College.

Drawing on her role as Chair of Bletchley Park Trust, Jacqueline de Rojas will kick off her remarks to answer the question: How do you keep the past relevant in an AI future?

She will reflect on Bletchley Park as a living example of what happens when human intelligence, technology, urgency and ethical responsibility collide. Her conversation with Professor Michie will explore why history matters more, not less, in an age of accelerating artificial intelligence, and how institutions, leaders and educators can use the past as a source of judgement rather than nostalgia.

While the speed and scale of advances in technology may feel unprecedented, the leadership, governance and societal questions it raises are not.

About Jacqueline de Rojas

All event attendees are invited to arrive from 5pm, when tea and coffee will be served, and to stay for a drinks reception, which will immediately follow the event.
