Maintenance Request Form

Thank you for reporting your maintenance issue.

Reports are received and actioned during office hours of 8.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday to Friday only (excluding college closure days).

On submitting a maintenance issue using the form on this page, you approve staff access to your location or accommodation to assess and repair the fault.

For emergencies, please call:

  • Reception: 01865 612000 – 8.30 am – 7.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding college closure days)
  • Junior Dean: 07932 951849 – 5.00 pm – 8.30 am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday and college closure days (excluding the Christmas break)

Requests for reactive maintenance will be categorised by the Facilities and Accommodation teams and will be classified as follows:

  • Emergency Faults: Immediate risks such as exposed power cables or structural issues
  • Urgent Faults: Disruptions to normal use, such as power failures or heating interruptions
  • Routine Faults: Issues with no immediate impact on area or room use, like minor building defects such as a light out (providing another source of light is available) or squeaky hinges

Target response times:

  • Emergency: As soon as possible
  • Urgent: Response within 1 working day, usually resolved within 2 working days
  • Routine: Response within 5 working days, typically resolved within 5 working days
