Our part-time student accommodation is located in a traditional Oxford Villa at 11 Bradmore Road and comprises of 7 ensuite and 8 non-ensuite single occupancy bedrooms.

Part-time students can book accommodation on the main College site for stays ranging from one month to a maximum of two terms per academic year. Please note that accommodation is closed during College closure periods, including Christmas.

To apply for part-time accommodation in 2025-26 academic year, please complete the application form. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early applications are recommended and we will endeavour to match your room preferences where possible.

Applications for 2026-27 academic year will open at 9:00am on 1 July 2026. Any changes to the opening date will be communicate via this web page.

Terms and Conditions: All residents staying for one month or longer must agree and comply with the College Licence to Occupy and the Student Accommodation Handbook. Cancellation details are included in the Licence to Occupy, to which you should refer.

Please note that if there are any damages to the property or furniture and fittings during or after your tenure as a resident, charges will be incurred.

Cooking facilities: Accommodation has fully equipped shared kitchens with some basic crockery and cooking equipment for residents to use during their stay. For health and safety reasons personal cooking equipment is not permitted to be stored in student bedrooms and should not be used.  

Bed linen: Duvet cover, pillowcases, fitted sheet and towels will be provided for the first week of your stay, to allow you enough time to purchase your own bed linen and towels. Should you wish to hire linen for your stay, please contact the accommodation team to directly to find out more.

Laundry facilities: The accommodation has domestic laundry machines located in the kitchen at 11 Bradmore Road.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all College buildings. Please use the external designated smoking areas located across the college. 

N.B: Toiletries and detergents are not provided. 

Please note that the College doesn’t offer any storage facilities before or after booking. 

Our accommodation is provided in traditional Oxford Villas. As a result of this, regretfully, we are unable to provide any accommodation with level access. All rooms are accessed via stairs and the properties are not fitted with lifts. Please keep this in mind before making your accommodation booking.

We do not provide a porter or luggage service. 

Appliances: Guide for operating various appliances

There is no parking available at Kellogg College for guests and students. If you are a blue badge holder, please contact accommodation@kellogg.ox.ac.uk.

Payments for Part-Time Student Accommodation are usually made in instalments. To secure the booking, one month’s rent or £1,000 (whichever is smaller) will be required within 48 hours of making a booking, and subsequent payments will be required in regular instalments by arrangement.

Should you wish to cancel part or all of your booking, please refer to the Licence to Occupy for the exact instructions.

Before your contract starts:

Refunds depend on how much notice you give:

  • 29 days or more: full refund for cancelled nights
  • 21–28 days: 50% refund
  • 14–20 days: 25% refund
  • 13 days or fewer: no refund

After your contract has started: You must give at least 28 days’ written notice and receive written confirmation from Kellogg College agreeing to a revised end date. Once agreed: If your revised end date is within 28 days of the agreement, you’ll be charged either 28 days’ rent from the revised date or the remaining rent on your original booking — whichever is less. If your new end date is 29 days or more away, you’ll be charged rent up to the revised date.

All booking amendments, including the cancellation of nights, will be subject to a £10.00 administrative fee for each amendment or cancellation.

Your key will be available to collect from 1.00pm on the date of your arrival (Monday-Sunday). 

  • Should you be arriving after 5.00pm or at the weekend, your key will be placed in a key box at the property. 
  • Key collection Monday-Friday between 1.00pm-5.00pm will be at the College reception located at 60 Banbury Road, OX2 6PN. 

Details for your key collection will be sent to you to explain this process a few days prior to your arrival date. 

The College does not operate a 24-hour reception service and is closed at weekends. The Accommodation office is open Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.00pm. Emails sent outside of these working hours will be picked up from the next working day. 

If you expect to arrive when the College is closed, we have arrangements in place to enable you to gain access to your accommodation. More information about your arrival/stay will be sent to you in advance. 

Unfortunately, we do not have a porter service or lifts, so are unable to assist you with luggage upon your arrival. We are also unable to store any luggage either before or after your booking at the reception or in the properties.
