Termly Accommodation

Termly accommodation is offered to College members at 11 Bradmore Road, on the main College site.

College members have the flexibility to book a room for one to two terms. Rooms are available for single occupancy, with booking now open for reservations from September 2023 until July 2024.

Terms and Conditions

All residents who stay on site for termly accommodation must agree and comply with the College Licence to Occupy, and follow the Domestic Arrangements (sample document). Please also note the cancellation procedure detailed further down this page.

This offering is only available for members who wish to stay on site for part of the academic year.

There is access to laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering purposes, and bedding i.e. duvet and pillows (students will have to bring their own towels and bed linen). Toiletries are not provided.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all College buildings. Please use the external designated smoking areas located at each College property.

One month’s rent will be required in advance of your arrival to secure the booking and subsequent payments will be required in regular instalments by arrangement.

Cancellation adminstration charges 

Cancellations made less than one month prior to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation charge. The booking amount will be refunded, minus the cancellation fee.

If a student wishes to cancel part of their stay, this will be subject to the procedure below (applicable where 7 nights or more are to be cancelled):

7 days or less prior to arrival: £50 fee

21 – 8 days prior to arrival: £25 fee

1 month – 20 days prior to arrival: £10 fee

Cancellation of any nights during the stay (if a student wishes to leave early):

7 days or less prior to new departure date: £50 fee

21 – 8 days prior to new departure date: £25 fee

1 month – 20 days prior to new departure date: £10 fee

The key will be available from 1pm onwards (i.e. regardless of the time), on the date of your arrival (Monday-Sunday).

The College does not operate a 24 hour reception service, and is closed at weekends. If you expect to arrive when the College is closed, we have arrangements in place to enable you to gain access to your guest accommodation. More information about your arrival/stay will be sent to you in advance.

Unfortunately, we do not have a porter service, so are unable to assist you with luggage upon your arrival.

If you are planning to arrive before check-in (1:00pm), please let us know in advance and we will assist you wherever possible.

Kellogg College is located at 60-62 Banbury Road, which is a 15-minute walk from the City centre. If you are walking to Kellogg College from the City centre, please walk along St Giles, continue onto Banbury Road, and Kellogg College is on the right hand side of Banbury Road.
