This event is an in-person version of an online session run by Stanley Ng during Wellbeing Week. Stanley is a Kellogg alumnus and founder of Mindful Circle, a not for profit organisation based in Singapore.

He will teach us about the principles and science behind contemporary mindfulness and take us through some guided meditations. This is a great opportunity to strengthen our inner-resources and re-connect as we gear up for the pressure and deadlines of Trinity Term.

No previous mindfulness experience required. All Kellogg Members welcome.
