Dr Pankhuri Dudani is a Psychodermatologist whose work sits at the intersection of mind body medicine and preventive mental health. With experience working across educational institutions and prisons, she brings a thoughtful and inclusive perspective to wellbeing in complex, high pressure environments.

In this engaging session, Dr Dudani introduces the foundations of attention regulation and mindfulness, exploring why these skills matter in today’s fast paced and cognitively demanding world. Through brief, guided practices, participants will be invited to step out of autopilot and reconnect with the present moment, gaining practical tools to support focus, balance, and overall wellbeing.

It is a drop-in event and free to attend.
