Stanley Ng is the founder of Mindful Circle, a non profit organisation based in Singapore, as well as an advisor in Oxford mindfulness. Drawing on his experience of supporting mindfulness practice across academic and professional settings, he brings a grounded and practical approach to wellbeing.

This session explores how pressure shapes our attention and narrows perspective, and how even small, intentional pauses can help restore steadiness and clarity. Participants will be introduced to simple, realistic practices that can be integrated into the flow of everyday academic life, offering accessible ways to respond more skilfully to challenge and demand.
