All members of College and general public are warmly invited to join us for a laugh with Kellogg alumnus Sharath Jeevan, as he explores: What happens when the people building the future are no longer sure it will be better than the present?

AI is transforming work, education, creativity and human relationships at extraordinary speed. But beneath the excitement lies a deeper unease: are we creating a world our children can thrive in, or one they will simply have to survive?

Sharath Jeevan OBE, founder of Intrinsic Labs and the Generational Success Lab at Oxford Saïd Business School, is offering a provocative and entertaining evening that blends comedy, storytelling and reflection on leadership, technology and intergenerational responsibility.

Drawing on his new live show Meek Inheritance: Are Me and My Kids Doomed?, Sharath explores the hopes, fears and absurdities surrounding AI, parenting, work and the future. Combining humour with serious questions about meaning, legacy and human flourishing, this event invites audiences to think differently about what progress really means in an age of accelerating technological change.

Part performance, part conversation, and part collective therapy session, this promises to be a thoughtful, funny and deeply timely evening.

Join us from 5.00pm to enjoy a cup of tea (or coffee, or water) and a biscuit to warm up with Sharath before the show starts at 5.30pm.

About Sharath

Find out more about Sharath’s thoughts and writings on Substack: The Art of Legacy.

This is a unique  “work-in-progress” show with Sharath before his inaugural headlining run at Panmure House, the home of the economist and philosopher Adam Smith, at the Edinburgh Fringe in late August.
