Band F rooms are our smallest room type, located on either the top floor or lower ground floor of the properties. With restricted natural light, these rooms are cosy and functional. They are situated in houses with a higher number of students sharing communal facilities (including bathrooms and kitchens), creating a lively and sociable atmosphere. 

Band F rooms are located in: 

  • 2 Bradmore Road 
  • 7 Bradmore Road 
  • 8 Bradmore Road 
  • 49 Banbury Road 

Monthly licence fee amount for 2026-2027 will be determined around Easter. They are likely to reflect an inflationary increase of 3-5% above the rate below.
