Part-time students may book accommodation on the main College site for a range of stay lengths. The information on this page applies to bookings of one month up to a maximum of two terms.

Full time Kellogg students seeking accommodation for the whole of the academic year (September 2025 – July 2026) should visit our Full-time Student Accommodation pages.

Part-time Kellogg College students have the flexibility to book a room for one or two terms per academic year, with a minimum booking length of one month. If you require accommodation for a shorter period, please visit our short-term accommodation page which accept bookings from one night up to three weeks.

Rooms are available for single occupancy only, and bookings are now open for the current academic year. Please note that part-time student accommodation closes during College closure periods, including Christmas.

To make a booking, please complete the form below. Rooms available will be located in 11 Bradmore Road and will consist of ensuite and non ensuite bedrooms.

For Hilary Term 2026 only, we are also pleased to offer accommodation to part-time students at 49 Banbury Road. This property provides single bedrooms with sinks, shared bathrooms, a communal kitchen, and access to a chargeable laundry facility operated by Circuit Laundry. Please note the following:

  • Regrettably, there is no storage is available at Kellogg, so please make your own arrangements ahead of moving out.
  • We are unable to accommodate part-time students for a full year.
  • Allocations will occur on a first come first served basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We will always try to match your chosen selection order where space permits.

Terms and Conditions: All residents staying on site for one month or longer must agree to and comply with the College Licence to Occupy and the Domestic Arrangements: Student Accommodation Handbook. Details of the cancellation process are set out in the Licence to Occupy.

Please note that if there are any damages to the property or furniture and fittings during or after your tenure as a resident, charges will be incurred.

Cooking facilities: Accommodation has fully equipped shared kitchens with some basic crockery and cooking equipment for residents to use during their stay. For health and safety reasons personal cooking equipment is not permitted to be stored in student bedrooms and should not be used.  

Bed linen: Duvet cover, pillowcases, fitted sheet and towels will be provided for the first week of your stay, to allow you enough time to purchase your own bed linen and towels. Should you wish to hire linen for your stay, please contact the accommodation team to directly to find out more.

Laundry facilities: The accommodation has domestic laundry machines located in the kitchen at 11 Bradmore Road.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all College buildings. Please use the external designated smoking areas located at each College property. 

N.B: Toiletries and detergents are not provided. 

Please note that the College doesn’t offer any storage facilities before or after booking. 

Our accommodation is provided in traditional Oxford Villas. As a result of this, regretfully, we are unable to provide any accommodation with level access. All rooms are accessed via stairs and the properties are not fitted with lifts. Please keep this in mind before making your accommodation booking.

We do not provide a porter or luggage service. 

There is no parking available at Kellogg College for guests and students. If you are a blue badge holder, please contact accommodation@kellogg.ox.ac.uk.

Payments for Part-Time Student Accommodation are usually made in instalments. To secure the booking, one month’s rent or £1,000 (whichever is smaller) will be required within 48 hours of making a booking, and subsequent payments will be required in regular instalments by arrangement.

Please refer to the Licence to Occupy for the cancellation policy. 

Your key will be available to collect from 1.00pm on the date of your arrival (Monday-Sunday). 

  • Should you be arriving after 5.00pm or at the weekend, your key will be placed in a key box at the property. 
  • Key collection Monday-Friday between 1.00pm-5.00pm will be at the College reception located at 60 Banbury Road, OX2 6PN. 

Details for your key collection will be sent to you to explain this process a few days prior to your arrival date. 

The College does not operate a 24-hour reception service and is closed at weekends. The Accommodation office is open Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.00pm. Emails sent outside of these working hours will be picked up from the next working day. 

If you expect to arrive when the College is closed, we have arrangements in place to enable you to gain access to your accommodation. More information about your arrival/stay will be sent to you in advance. 

Unfortunately, we do not have a porter service or lifts, so are unable to assist you with luggage upon your arrival. We are also unable to store any luggage either before or after your booking at the reception or in the properties.
