Kellogg is pleased to be partnering with the UK’s New Hospital Programme (NHP) Academy to host a series of training sessions over the coming year. The NHP Academy is part of the UK government’s large-scale initiative to transform NHS hospital infrastructure and equip its workforce with the capabilities needed to operate smart, sustainable and digitally advanced hospitals.

As a strategic partner of the NHP Academy, Kellogg is helping to ensure world-class delivery of its training programmes. The sessions provide structured learning for the Academy’s Transformational Leadership programme, and include contributions from Kellogg College President Professor Jonathan Michie and other members of the College fellowship. Professor Michie also serves as a subject matter expert on the NHP Academy Advisory Board, which was established to provide expert advice, strategic insights, and guidance to support the Academy’s mission.

Kellogg’s role is to provide an academic setting for structured training and discussion, building on its experience in convening senior leaders and linking practice with research in public service leadership and healthcare systems.

This partnership reflects the collaborative approach needed to provide top-tier training, break down barriers, and collectively shape the future of healthcare delivery. It demonstrates Kellogg’s commitment to lifelong learning and its role as a bridge between the University and the wider world – creating spaces where academic insight and professional practice can inform one another in addressing society’s most pressing challenges.
