Students, Sustainability and Social Impact – Kellogg unveils ambitious five-year strategy
Kellogg College is pleased to announce the launch of a five-year Strategic Plan (2024/25 – 2028/29), which puts students, sustainability and social impact at the forefront of our academic endeavours.
Our new strategy sets out a bold vision to enhance the student experience, expand our academic and professional networks, and advance sustainability across both our estate and operations. It builds on Kellogg’s 35 years of innovation in graduate education, reaffirming our commitment to making Oxford more inclusive, accessible, and forward-thinking.
As Oxford’s most international and interdisciplinary graduate college, we are dedicated to empowering students in their academic and professional journeys. Over the next five years, we will:
- Enhance the student experience – strengthening academic support, wellbeing initiatives, and cross-disciplinary engagement to ensure our students have every opportunity for success.
- Develop the College estate – creating more on-site accommodation and sustainable spaces to improve facilities while preserving our site’s architectural heritage.
- Expand academic and professional networks – supporting research excellence and fostering new partnerships beyond traditional boundaries to generate positive social impacts.
Our strategy comes with a clear action plan, and progress will be monitored and reported regularly to ensure tangible results. Delivering this vision will take the dedication of our students, fellows, alumni, staff, and partners. We invite our entire community to engage with this exciting phase of Kellogg’s development.
