Dr. Olga Kozlova is the Director of Innovation and Engagement at the University of Oxford. She specialises in technology commercialisation, start-ups, investment, economic development and innovation ecosystems. Previously Olga established and led Innovation and Industry Engagement Directorate at the University of Strathclyde and was a Founder and CEO of Converge, Scotland’s national company creation and entrepreneurship development program.

Olga is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh and the Royal Society of Arts. She is an experienced Board member and advisor. Her current positions include board membership of James Hatton Institute where she chairs Scientific Excellence and Impact Subcommittee. She also acts as a mentor for start-up founders at the Higgs Centre for Innovation and as an Advisor for the Photonics& Quantum Innovation Accelerator.
