Eylul is studying for a Masters in Public Policy Research at Oxford.

She graduated with an Honours degree in Political Science with International Relations from the University of British Columbia. Her interests lie at the intersection of social innovation, experimental political science, and evidence-based policy, with a focus on behavioural interventions, human-machine collaboration, and AI governance.
