Fabio Landini is Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Parma. He is also Institute Fellow of the School of Management and Industrial Relations at the Rutgers University as well as Fellow of the Global Labor Organization (GLO). He spent visiting periods at the University of Copenhagen and Harvard University. He conducts research in the fields of organizational economics, economics of innovation and employment relations. Currently, he works on topics such as the interplay between employee voice and new digital technologies, employee ownership, the drivers and effects of precarious employment and the quality of digital and green jobs.
