Gorgi Krlev is the Associate Dean & Full Professor of Sustainability and Impact as well as member of the Executive Committee of ESCP Business School–with Campuses in Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid and Turin. In addition to his position at Kellogg College, he holds a Visiting Professor at Politecnico di Milano. He has received numerous accolades for his work, including a Top-40-under-40 Award by Capital.
In his research he deals with social entrepreneurship, social innovations and impact. He is particularly interested in how cross-sector collaborations and new field emergence promote societal transformations and contribute to addressing environmental and social sustainability challenges.
His open access book Social Innovation: Comparative Perspectives received the Best Book Award from the Public and Nonprofit Division of the Academy of Management (AOM). His new book Social Economy Science: Transforming the Economy & Making Society More Resilient was published by Oxford University Press in 2023.
Gorgi developed TRANSFORM, an open source platform for enhancing sustainability teaching in higher education that won a Responsible Business Education Award by the Financial Times. The platform builds on the Massive Open Online Course “Accelerating Investment Readiness” (#AirMOOC), which Gorgi led and which was awarded for its impact on society.
