Dr Hyun-Jung (Chloe) Lee
Research Member of Common Room
Postdoctoral Research Associate
Radcliffe Department of Medicine
Chloe is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Simmons, Antanaviciute, and Koohy Groups at the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine in John Radcliffe Hospital, with a special interest in antigen discovery, single-cell genomics, and computational model development. She completed her DPhil in Computational Biology at the University of Oxford, where her research focused on vaccine target identification, developing deep learning models to predict T-cell targets, and analysing single-cell genomics data to better understand checkpoint therapy-induced colitis.
She is now working to advance our understanding of intestinal development-from birth through adolescence-using the latest single-cell multi-omics and spatial technologies.
