Governance
Kellogg College operates as a Society of the University under Council Regulation 10 (2002) and the Kellogg College Bylaw.
The college’s Governing Body consists of the President and Official Governing Body Fellows. Its meetings are conducted according to GB standing orders. On taking up their fellowship, GB fellows agree to share the responsibilities for College Governance set out in the Memorandum for members of Governing Body.
Day-to-day business is handled at meetings of the College Officers, including the President, Vice-President, Senior Tutor, Dean and Secretary to Governing Body. A range of College committees reports to the Governing Body. There is an active Middle Common Room Committee run by graduate students, and the MCR President attends all Governing Body meetings.
Please see the sections below for information about our governance, policies and procedures, which are an important part of College life and compliance with our statutory duties.
