How to use Eduroam Wifi at Kellogg

Getting your credentials

  1. Make sure you have activated your SSO account.
    If you haven’t received an activation code, please email it-support@kellogg.ox.ac.uk to request this
  2. You then need to register for a REMOTE ACCESS account. You can do this at https://register.it.ox.ac.uk.

Signing in

The Configuration Assistant Tool, which is available for all devices
(Mac, PC, iPhone and Android) can be installed from https://cat.eduroam.org/

When prompted, provide your remote access username (ending in @OX.AC.UK) and password.

Troubleshooting

If the eduroam certificate is updated or you have changed your password, you may need to select to ‘forget’ the eduroam wifi. Then re-enter credentials. You can call (01865) 6 12345 to speak to the University IT Helpdesk or visit the IT Office at Kellogg (drop-in hours are 10.30 -12.30 term-time, or email it-support@kellogg.ox.ac.uk for an appointment).
