Ukraine: A message from the Dean
A version of the following message was sent to all Kellogg students on Thursday 24th February. It was also circulated to all members of Kellogg. It was updated on 3rd March.
Dear Student,
We continue to receive very distressing news every day about the Russian Federation’s invasion of Ukraine.
We know that some of you will be directly affected by the war, and we wanted to encourage you to take up existing sources of support. I am available by email (tara.stubbs@kellogg.ox.ac.uk), and am ably supported by the Junior Deans (junior.dean@kellogg.ox.ac.uk) and by our team of trained Peer Supporters at College (peer.support@kellogg.ox.ac.uk). Do email any of us if you would like to talk to someone. Alternatively, you may wish to make an appointment with the University’s Counselling Service. If your studies are affected, please contact the Academic Office at Kellogg (academic.office@kellogg.ox.ac.uk).
It goes without saying that this information also applies to anyone affected by conflicts and crises around the world, whether covered in the news or not.
We are a truly international community at Kellogg, and we want everyone to feel safe and supported. Wishing you and your families the very best at this troubling time.
Tara Stubbs
Dean of Kellogg
