Postdoctoral researcher
Radcliffe Department of Medicine
I am a postdoctoral fellow in computational biology at the MRC Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine (WIMM) at JR Hospital. My postdoctoral research will be an integrated effort of high-throughput biological data analysis, and machine learning model development to understand intestinal development from birth to adolescence, as a part of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) Paediatric Networks for the Human Cell Atlas.
My research interest lies in the use of biological data to better understand and model complex diseases for the development of targeted therapies. During doctoral studies at Prof Hashem Koohy and Prof Alison Simmons’ group, my research focused on vaccine target identification, cross-protective immunity across pathogens, computational analysis of single cell genomics data for target discovery, and the development of deep learning models to predict the immune potential of pathogenic and self-peptides.
