Cindy Rose

Head of Responsible Capitalism, Liontrust

Cindy heads up Responsible Capitalism at Liontrust where she works with the Group’s investment teams on engagement on ESG issues, proxy voting, and Responsible Capitalism-related reporting. For Liontrust’s business, Cindy works with the Group on ESG strategy, net zero, biodiversity, and Liontrust’s work around financial education and inclusion.

Before joining Liontrust, Cindy was Head of Responsible Capitalism at Majedie Asset Management and, before that, held various roles at Abrdn (its predecessor companies) including Head of ESG, Clients, and Products (at Aberdeen Standard Investments) and co-head of Stewardship (at Aberdeen Asset Management).

Cindy has extensive experience supporting investment teams, designing ESG-related products, working with institutional and retail clients, leading ESG teams, and designing and implementing ESG integration platforms.
