Dr David Johnson

Dr Johnson is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at Uppsala University, Sweden, and a Visiting Fellow at Kellogg College. His research concerns the understanding of infrastructures to support data-intensive research and data science. He is also a Tutor in the Department for Continuing Education at Oxford.

From 2015 to 2018 he was a Senior Researcher in the Department of Engineering Science at Oxford; from 2013 to 2015 he was a Research Associate in Computing and Data Science at Imperial College London; from 2010 to 2013 he was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Computer Science at Oxford. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University Reading and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from the University of Oxford.
