Ninu Poulose’s research focuses on the molecular drivers of prostate cancer, the most common male malignancy. The overarching goal of her research is to identify novel biomarkers and druggable targets which can eventually lead to developing new treatment  strategies for prostate cancer. Before joining the prostate cancer research, her research topics were broadly in the field of diabetes and vascular biology.

Ninu completed her PhD from India in 2011, followed by postdoctoral research in USA (2012-2015). She joined the Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences in Dec 2019.
