Philippe is a senior research lecturer at the University of Oxford e-Research Centre. His primary interests revolve around making data more open, accessible and interoperable, particularly when it is about high dimensional data, such as transcription or metabolite profiles. His group develops syntax, vocabularies and software to support data management and data sharing. To this end, they closely work with scientists, major data repositories and publishers. More recently, they have been taking a closer look at how to improve reporting of findings and the evidence supporting claims.
