Richard Stevens is Professor of Medical Statistics at the Department of Primary Care Health Sciences and course director of the MSc in Evidence Based Health Care Medical Statistics, a continuing professional development course for those in full-time clinical practice seeking expertise in medical statistics.
His current research interests include monitoring chronic diseases, especially diabetes and hypertension, and clinical prediction rules, especially risk scores. He currently supervises DPhil students on the Evidence Based Health Care (EBHC) programme.
