Alumni benefits

Alumni and friends are a valued part of the Kellogg community. You are welcome to enjoy a coffee in The Hub, sign up for meals or join us for social events and lectures. If you are organising an event, why not consider our competitively priced conference and accommodation facilities?

Alumni are most welcome to attend meals in College. For lunch and informal dinner, you can pay with your Upay account, or with a debit or credit card (except Amex). For Guest Night Dinners, find the relevant dinner on the events list  and follow the instructions to book via Upay. Costs for Alumni members are £12.00 for lunch, £12.00 for informal dinner and £45.00 for Guest Night Dinners. Guest rates vary. You will need a Kellogg Upay account to book Guest Night Dinners and selected other events. Please email hospitality@kellogg.ox.ac.uk if you’d like one created for you.

Alternatively, for an informal sandwich or coffee in a relaxed garden environment, why not try our Hub Café. (Payment is by debit or credit card only (except Amex), or Upay)

Conveniently situated on a garden site within walking distance of the city centre, Kellogg offers a range of modern and competitively priced conference and accommodation facilities. Alumni are welcome to sign up for the College punt, which is available for use during the summer months. Click for full details of the punt and how to book.

Your membership card entitles you to a wealth of benefits from access to colleges and libraries to discounts on books and dining. Cards are issued by the central University Alumni Office, not the College. If you have recently completed, your card will be sent to you automatically within a few months. If you need it sooner or left some time ago, you can request your card via the Oxford Alumni Card web page or email the Oxford University Alumni Office on enquiries@alumni.ox.ac.uk.

If you need to find your membership number and don’t have your card, it is stated within many of the central University’s emails or can be provide by the Oxford University Alumni Office – enquiries@alumni.ox.ac.uk.

The Bodleian
All Oxford graduates can apply for a free Bodleian card via the Bodleian Admissions Office.

In College
If you would like to work in College, the College Hub is a good place to settle down with a coffee and your laptop.

Online resources for alumni
An exceptional collection of online databases is available to all matriculated alumni of Oxford University. This high quality range of journals is aimed to support your lifelong learning and continued scholarly engagement. Click to find out more about the alumni journals collection.

You might also be interested in the Oxford University Research Archive (ORA), which provides access to the University’s research publications.

Alumni are welcome to make use of the Oxford University Careers Service. If you live near Oxford you can visit in person. Otherwise you can book a thirty minute Skype appointment with the dedicated alumni careers advisor, Dr Mike Moss, via CareerConnect: more than 20 appointments are available each week in the afternoon and early evening. Request an appointment in the Oxford morning if you are in Asia or Australia. Take a look at the website too, which offers hundreds of vacancies and over 1300 alumni mentors. If you need further help, there are 180,000 Oxford alumni with profiles on LinkedIn, the social media platform for job searching.
